This business was transformed into the sole trader IWA Internationale Wirtschaftsauskünfte e.K.. Due to the success of the business on a national level, the business segments were split into IWA Internationale Wirtschaftsauskünfte GmbH, as an investigation office, and IWA Information Ware Assistant e.K., responsible for national and international office and IT services. This was the start of the international business.

While IWA GmbH is still concerned with national and international investigations, further companies followed, such as IWA Inkasso World Agency GbR, which took on the task of collecting debts on behalf of third parties.

When he joined CII Hermann Kaminski was mainly concerned with the international business. The employees who had worked for the business for many years also formed IIS International Insurance Service GmbH. All companies work under the umbrella of the IWA Group. Thus it can quite justifiably be said that the IWA Group, as the flagship, is one of Germany's few professional investigation office, steering a steady course in both national and international waters.

Not only do we take our profession very seriously, but also our work in CII and our activities as host for the conference in Malta will be taken particularly seriously. I shall be in Malta for this purpose for the next 12 months.

At the conference we should like to continue with our previous success, but we can only be successful together!
